The email submission must include the following:

1. Submit 3 photos of the kitchen/living room area.

​

2. Provide a max of two sentences explaining "Why You would love to Win".

​

3. Please provide your Name, Phone #, Email address and Address (applicant must reside in Saskatoon).

​

4. Applicant must "Like" and "Share" the Facebook & Instagram DESIGN TO WIN post.

5. Please Answer the following renovation questions

A – What year was your home built?

B – What is your preferred Style?

C – Will you require a General Contractor

D – Does your renovation plans include the removal of a wall(s)?

Information & Regulations:

​

The $2,000 Design Package by Fresco Interiors Design Group Inc. will include design services for all kitchen CAD drawings for cabinetry.

It will also include all Research for countertops, flooring, lighting, wall color & backsplash.

The Design Package also includes a presentation showcasing a 3D perspective of the completed space, along with samples of all selections at the presentation meeting.

It does not include construction drawings for focal point items such as an island bulkhead, media wall, or fireplace façade.

Fresco Interiors can assist by obtaining estimates for the renovation from an experienced team of contractors, to take the design from conception to completion.

 

The Winner will be announced on May 6, 2021 by Fresco Interiors direct email, and social media.

 

Closing Date to submit an application is 5pm on April 28, 2021.

 

The $2,000 Interior Design Reno Give Away is open to all residents of Saskatoon only.

The $2,000 Interior Design Reno Give Away covers design fees for specified items as outlined above and does not cover any materials or installation labor, for contractors or trades.

It does not include structural engineer fees, permits, architectural technologist blueprints, or general contracting, however all areas can be provided for a fee if required.

The homeowner agrees to Before & After photos and promotion of the renovation.
