RENOVATION PROCESS

To start, look through Fresco Interiors website pictures for project inspiration, and for more information call our office at 306-933-3200 or Charlene at 306-493-7771 to set up your initial meeting.

Book a design consultation - one of the Fresco Interiors designers will be happy to assist you with an in-home consultation - $370 + GST
The On-Site meeting will include:
* A walk-through of your renovation area to define and outline your priority & wish list
* Elevation concept drawings of the areas.
* May Involve Initial Spatial Measurements for CAD drawings and photos

A design plan estimate is provided in 3- 5 days at no extra charge. Outlining every aspect of the renovation process. The quote is completely flexible. Each segment is detailed to allow you to view all areas of the renovation and modify it to suit your budgetary needs.

Design process begins - we review your style preferences by considering numerous options. Its helps us to define what you love and what works best for your lifestyle. Elevations are then sketched, floor plans designed, & CAD drawings are created to highlight all the design features in your new space. Documents are then sent to all trades for quotations and forwarded to you for approval. We can work with your trades or provide complete project management with our Fresco Interiors project management team.

Presentation meeting - each component of the your new renovation is then researched. Selections of custom cabinetry, flooring, lighting, plumbing, doors, counter tops and custom wall applications are chosen to establish your distinctive style. Supplier research is completely flexible, based on customers preferences. Specifications are forwarded to suppliers for quotation.

Project schedule established - each portion of the project is outlined so you know exactly when the trades will start and complete their portion.

Project begins - once all details are finalized, your project can begin. Your designer will meet with you on the first morning to oversee the project. She can provide weekly reports and photos if you are away.

Renovation completion - when your project is complete your designer will do a final walk through to ensure you love your new renovation. Your completion may also include a "staging" whereby the Fresco Design team positions furniture, hangs artwork, and orders specific accessories to "complete the space."
